aku rindu langit biru

aku rindu langit biru

aku rindu langit biru
kala mendongak yang ada hanya asap kelabu
aku rindu langit biru
segeralah berlalu wahai jerebu.

aku rindu langit biru
ingin dijerit rasa berbuku
lemas mata haluan keliru
jiwa gundah  fikiran tak menentu
ibarat tak sampai tempat dituju.

aku rindu langit biru
segeralah berlalu wahai jerebu
ya! aku rindu langit biru itu.

kob khun KRABI...

been to this wonderful place on June, 2013 in a group of eight... a 5d4n post-wedding trip suggested by a friend during my reception.. The others actually booked the flight tix during the-year-end sale and asked me to tag along. But having to go through all the wedding preparations with the already hectic job i had, i said i'll reconsider when the time came..But hey!! Am glad i opted to go.Bought the tickets a week before departure date (and it happened to be a day earlier from the others because of my careless mistakes ^^'.ha-di-ha), booked place to stay through Expedia (love it! easy-peasy) and so Krabi..here we come!!!

Krabi Aquamarine, Nopparat Thara

Upon landed we took taxi from the airport to the resort (approx 30-40 minutes travel - depends on the driver) that placed 10 minutes away from Aonang Beach. Since  we took the morning flight and arrive Krabi around 9++, after all the custom check etc.etc, we've arrived at the resort around 11 am which is quite early, but the staff checked us in anyway..lucky June is off-season!

the rooms

a must in choosing a place to stay in every vacation - what mr.husband enjoyed most

and i booked this place just because i love this open lobby idea..
>.<

 - intermission -
ewah! ingat theater ke nak ada intermission bagai..
=p

After a short rest , we went to Aonang Beach, hunting for lunch..since Mr.Husband is quite fussy with the food intake, we've decided to dine at Aonang Orchid Resort as it offer Halal Restaurant (lucky i've googled beforehand or else we'll take hours searching).

Pad Thai

The foods are delish, restaurant are clean, easy to locate and the prices are not that pricey..We've tried few other eating places, but we ended up dined-in here the most!

I'll share our activities there in the next entry..till then!

Fraser's Hill

Fraser's hill  is one of the highland attraction in Pahang, Peninsular Malaysia. In can be reached through two main road i.e from Raub, Pahang or Kuala Kubu Bharu, Selangor. To be blunt this might not be your place of interest if you are the hu-ha (read loves havoc) type of people..Fraser's Hill is the best place if you are seeking peace, away from the stress-life everyday routines..More info on Fraser Hill can be found here.

route map to Fraser hill courtesy of Google

Caution : It might look remote due to its location, but u'll hardly have place to stay if u did'nt booked in advance during public holidays or long weekend.Been here 2 years back with the girlfriends after a wedding reception in Raub.. Decided in a mere second and we end up on the hill the next one hour..since we arrive late at 5, and it is not recommended to hit the road later than 6 since its foggy due to the cool temperature, we decided to stay the night..(and hardly get a place to stay after hours of searching!! lucky someone helped, bless him!)

A place for nature's lover and those who seek tranquility the mother earth offers.

Thus with that experience, I visited again with families during this year's CNY ( since bonda've been longing to visit Fraser's Hill) I've made an early reservation at TM Resort. A bungalow with 6 bedrooms and it come with an OK price under 1k, (rate might varied) breakfast and BBQ pit provided..

Entrance. Love on how they keep it simple~

ze bungalow~

from the street

at 8 in the morning

TM have two resorts here in Fraser's Hill, one is this bungalow and the other one is Seri Peninjau. They are located quite far from each other, fyi. Here in Fraser's Hill, aside from bird watching people do Bungalows hunting as well..Some are from those colonial era, some are newly built by  corporate such as TM. Some can be rented but most are privately owned.

one of the neighboring bungalows

the neighbor, up close..

Dining at Fraser's Hill might be another issue if you are considering a visit. Been here twice but only dine here, though service might slow but it is easy to spot, located near the clock tower thus less fuss!! There are other restaurants but you have to be very patient on finding one.. (or maybe not if you asked locals ^^' )

Scotts Restaurant

 till then.kudos!

Tanah Aina Azareena

ok..here's another good spot to visit in Pahang..I've stopped by here on my way back from Fraser Hill last CNY holiday for lunch..Tanah Aina's consist of few estates, located in various places that provides various activities. As for this Tanah Aina Azareena, it is actually a restaurant with a veryyy largggggeee compound! hoh hoh ho..mind my exaggeration but i'll bet u'll love it! Dining with all the greens.Refreshing!

Am not kidding right, when i say a very large compound, a very well-maintained Eateries in a Garden!

those huts you see, that's the dining places..every hut consist of round table that can fit 8-10 pax..or maybe 12!

Durian Tree..i guess u can enjoy it too during the seasons..

Yes, it got stream as well!!

Though i did mention that i came here for lunch , but pardon me, am too busy eating ( note that am super hungry!!!) and forgot to capture the foods serve. They serve Halal chinese cuisine here, and we opt for steam-boating! Like seriously steamboat in a broad daylight?? hoh hoh ho..but, who cares.. alright i'll promise to update later on the food pixcha (wish me luck! on finding one ^^') but do enjoy the sceneries !

there this saying 'don't asked what have the nation gave you, but asked what have you contributed to the nation' thingy ever-since the 13th GE..well i guess, here i am..trying to be a good citizen (ewah!) promoting the good places in this Boleh-Land..hoho!
